In the post 911-era, claims have been all over the globe that surveillance practices in relation to counter terrorism have violated multiple civil liberties such as invasions of privacy and free speech.
What lies at the very centre of the ongoing surveillance debate is finding a good balance between privacy and security. Comedian and policitcal commentator John Oliver sat down with activist Edward Snowden to take a closer look at this issue.
